POLICY EXPORTS & REPORTS


This article explores the export options available in the Policy 2.0 App. Whether you're seeking streamlined data analysis or tailored presentations, understanding these options is pivotal to maximizing the potential of your policy reporting.


Policy List Page

From the Policy List, you can export the list of all your policies by clicking on the green circle icon located at the upper right corner of the Policy List table.

After clicking, a pop-up appears on the top right of the screen, allowing you to select the team for which you want to export. This pre-filters the results before export.

However, if you prefer to export all data, simply click on "Download file now"

Rather than just being a raw data dump, the exported results include the information in a pre-formated Excel spreadsheet that is easy to follow.

Policy View Page

From the Policy View page, you can export the "Policy on a page" by clicking on the printer icon at the upper right corner of the Basic information card.

"Policy on a Page", is an innovative approach to making policy documents more functional and provides a live view of how effectively the policy has been implemented in the business using live operational data.

The first page includes the main details of the policy, namely:

  • Policy Objective;

  • Policy Outcome;

  • Policy Governance; and

  • A list of Policy Principles.

Each subsequent page is devoted to a policy principle, showing:

  • Principle;

  • What outcome the principle is trying to achieve;

  • The ownership of the Principle; and

  • All the related CORE Elements (Risks, Controls and Indicators) and their current status are included in the export, showing the live view of how well the policy is performing.


Export Center

"Policy on a Page" reports can also be exported through the Export Center.

  • Step 1: Head to the Export Center under Dashboards

  • Step 2: Look for the Export Policies card and export the policy you are after.
