This Privacy Policy explains how Context Visualised Limited (“CoVi Analytics”) collect, use and share your information. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our websites, blog and other online public presence (collectively, the “Site”) or when you otherwise interact with us, including when you attend events hosted or attended by CoVi Analytics and when you contact us for sales enquiry. This CoVi Analytics Privacy Policy does not apply to the information processed by CoVi Analytics on behalf of its customers via the Site or for customers using CoVi Analytics Products (App Suite) and/or Services that are listed on our main website covianalytics.com.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our website homepages or sending you an email notification where appropriate) or otherwise seek additional consent in accordance with applicable law. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Site to stay informed about our information governance practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

1. Information You Provide to Us

We collect the information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, participate in any interactive features of the Site (e.g Webchat), fill out a form, participate in a contest or promotion, register for an event or an online course, make a purchase, apply for a job, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. For example, suppose you connect a CoVi Analytics account with your social media account. In that case, we may have access to certain information from the company that owns or operates the social media account through the authorization procedures determined by such social media company. Additionally, CoVi Analytics may receive information about you from other third parties whom you have authorized to share your information or who collect information in connection with co-branded offerings.

4. Use of Information

We may use information about you for the following purposes:

  • Provide, maintain and improve our Site;

  • Respond to your comments, questions and requests and provide pre-sales commentary;

  • Where you have opted in, communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by CoVi Analytics and others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;

  • Monitor and analyse trends, usage and activities in connection with our Site;

  • Personalize and improve the Site and provide advertisements, content or features that match user profiles or interests;

  • Process and deliver contest entries and rewards; and

  • Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service.

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

  • In connection with a joint marketing campaign, seminar, CoVi Analytics product offering or other product or service offered by CoVi Analytics in conjunction with a related third party, we may share your information with the related third parties participating only to the extent that it is used in connection with the offering in question;

  • With resellers of CoVi Analytics products and services or with sellers of products and services complementary to CoVi Analytics products and services in order to pursue sales opportunities and for other direct marketing purposes;

  • With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;

  • In response to a request for information if we are required by, or believe disclosure is required by, any applicable law, regulation or legal process, including in connection with lawful requests by law enforcement, national security, or other public authorities;

  • To protect the rights, property and safety of CoVi Analytics or others;

  • In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company; and

  • With your consent or at your direction, including if we notify you through our Site that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide such information.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

6. Social Sharing Features

The Site may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on our Site with other media and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends, associates or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. CoVi Analytics takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

If you are a resident of a country that provides you with the right to request a copy of the personal data CoVi Analytics holds about you and/or to correct any inaccuracies within such data, and CoVi Analytics is required by applicable laws to respond to such requests, then you may address such requests to the contact information provided in the “Contact Us” section below. CoVi Analytics will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete information that we hold about you or to advise you if we are not required by applicable laws to comply with such requests.

9. Account Information

If you have registered for an account via our Site, you may update, correct or delete your account information by logging into your online account.
